On the other hand, while many understand that "AI can be used," it's not uncommon for implementation to fail because the line between what can be delegated to AI and what must be handled by humans cannot be drawn, leading to a lack of sustained operation. Especially in recruitment, contact with candidates is vital, so excessive reliance on AI can be counterproductive.

This seminar will feature a presentation by Kubell Inc., introducing a practical approach that clearly separates recruitment tasks into "recruitment consulting (decision-making)" and "recruitment operations (processing)," and delineates the roles of AI and humans.

By utilizing AI for tasks like scheduling and data organization, while humans take responsibility for areas of candidate interaction such as offer letters, scout messages, and hiring/rejection decisions, a workload reduction of 200 hours per month has been achieved. Furthermore, we will deliver concrete insights based on practical field knowledge regarding the company-wide implementation effects of Claude, practical examples of in-house talent management, and the balance between "company-wide rules x team autonomy."

Speaker Profiles

Shohki Sawai, Deputy Division Manager, People Division, Kubell Inc.

After graduating from Keio University, he joined NTT Docomo as a new graduate. He was involved in corporate sales and corporate sales management at 3,000 Docomo shops nationwide. Subsequently, he was responsible for sales management of the nursing care business at S.M.S. Through the supervision of a sales organization of 50 people, he achieved an increase in membership. At BASE, he was in charge of launching the sales and partner sales of EC no-code tools. After obtaining an MBA from Waseda University Graduate School, he joined Kubell (formerly Chatwork). As PMI and business manager for its M&A subsidiary, Minagin, he grew labor BPaaS sales by 1.5 times. He currently oversees all HR domains as Deputy Division Manager of the People Division at the company.

Yuto Suzuki, Representative Director and CEO, overflow Inc.

Joined CyberAgent, Inc. as a new graduate. After working in advertising sales, he became responsible for the Ameba platform. He then joined a startup company, and after becoming its Representative Director, was acquired by DeNA Co., Ltd. two months later, becoming a subsidiary. He concurrently served as the representative director of the subsidiary and the head of DeNA's advertising department. In June 2017, he founded overflow Inc. From 2018 to the end of September 2020, he also served as an outside director of Excite Co., Ltd.
