This seminar features Kurashiru, Inc., which succeeded in compressing recruitment operations by independently building a unique 4-step pipeline using Claude Code.

Taishi Suga, Recruitment Manager, Kurashiru, Inc.
Joined Persol Career Co., Ltd. as a new graduate. Engaged in job advertisement and DR service sales for small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting the recruitment of over 100 clients. Subsequently joined a startup consulting firm, where he established and managed the RPO business, providing hands-on recruitment support for dozens of companies, from prime-listed corporations to early-stage startups. Joined Kurashiru in 2024 and is responsible for recruiting for all development roles (engineers, PdMs, designers). Also concurrently handles some technical PR, recruitment PR, and AI utilization promotion within the team. Recently, he has been extensively using Claude Code for both work and personal life, leading to sleep deprivation. Hobbies include coffee and watching soccer.
Yuto Suzuki, Representative Director and CEO, overflow Inc.
Joined CyberAgent, Inc. as a new graduate. After working in advertising sales, he became responsible for the Ameba platform. Later, he joined a startup company, became Representative Director, and two months later, was M&A'd into CyberAgent, Inc. and became a subsidiary. He concurrently served as Representative Director of the subsidiary and Head of Advertising at DeNA. Founded overflow Inc. in June 2017. Served as an external director of Excite Co., Ltd. from 2018 to the end of September 2020.
