This seminar is recommended for:

* Those who have a vision for AI utilization but whose definition of "AI talent" is ambiguous, leading to suboptimal recruitment and placement.
* Those who feel the limits of productivity with existing organizational structures and do not know how to switch to "dynamic organizational design" based on AI.
* Those who have individually introduced AI-related tools and utilization support services but have not achieved company-wide AI implementation, making the return on investment unclear.
* Those who have drawn up an AI strategy but lack the personnel to execute it, or who face the "implementation barrier" where PoCs progress but do not lead to full-scale operation.
* Executives and HR managers who want to design a comprehensive AI talent recruitment, development, and placement strategy linked to business strategy.

Seminar Details:

Several years have passed since the advent of generative AI, and corporate AI utilization has completely shifted from the "experimental introduction (PoC)" phase to the "practical benefit and implementation" phase directly linked to business growth.

However, many companies face a serious "implementation barrier," where "an AI strategy has been drawn up, but there are no personnel to execute it," or "PoCs progress, but do not lead to full-scale organizational operation."

In this project, Potentialsight Inc., which has supported over 400 companies in recruitment and advocates a career map for the AI-native era, and overflow Inc., which surveys market trends from 35,000 engineer data points, will take the stage.

They will present a concrete roadmap for "redefining" organizations based on AI and expanding human capabilities, going beyond mere tool introduction or partial efficiency improvements.

How to seamlessly connect strategy to the construction of an execution team and implementation.

They will discuss the right answer for the "next-generation talent portfolio" to survive in a continuously changing market from 2026 onwards, sharing insights from both companies.
