The Japan Outdoor Training Association will hold an online seminar with trainer Shohei Muto, active as a JOTA-OEX (Outdoor Expert), on June 3, 2026 (Wednesday) from 20:00 to 21:00. This will be the fourth seminar conducted by Mr. Muto, following the one held in May last year.

This seminar is primarily intended to enhance the knowledge of exercise instructors, but it is open to participants beyond association members, including "running and mountaineering enthusiasts" and "those aspiring to become trainers or obtain qualifications." We encourage you to join us for this opportunity.
