由一般社團法人大阪府宅地建物取引業協會（所在地：大阪市中央區，會長：山本清孝，以下簡稱「大阪宅建」）的年輕會員組成的青鳩會，將於2026年4月18日（星期六）上午10時至下午4時30分，在大阪府內7個地點舉辦捐血及骨髓捐贈者登記推廣活動。今年也將邀請捐血推廣大使、氣象預報士片平敦先生協助宣傳等事宜。
【血液製劑的有效期限短，採血後僅6天，持續推廣活動的必要性】
即使擁有現今先進的醫療技術，也無法人工製造血液。此外，血液無法長期保存（血小板製劑的有效期限為採血後6天，紅血球製劑為採血後28天），因此必須持續確保新的血液來源。
大阪宅建以不動產為核心，平日致力於透過與各種行政機關、企業合作來貢獻社區居民的健康生活，並積極開展社會貢獻活動。作為其活動的一環，自2023年起，持續在大阪府內舉辦大規模的捐血及骨髓捐贈者登記推廣活動。
截至目前，累計捐血人數已達1,289人，本次活動的目標是達成累計人數1,700人。
