The Osaka Prefecture Real Estate Transaction Business Association (Location: Chuo-ku, Osaka; Chairman: Kiyotaka Yamamoto; hereinafter referred to as "Osaka Takken") will hold the "TAKTAS. 300 Member Company Achievement Commemorative Grand Networking Event 2026" on July 24, 2026, starting at 1:00 PM at the Umeda Sky Building, to commemorate the achievement of over 300 member companies in "TAKTAS.", a real estate network launched in Osaka in September 2020. "TAKTAS." has maximized the power of local communities by emphasizing a voluntary cooperative structure (horizontal connections) different from franchising, while supporting consumers' secure and safe transactions and the businesses of its member companies. Six years after its launch, with "over 300 companies" as a milestone supported by many colleagues, we will hold a one-day seminar, lecture, and reception inviting government officials, major corporations, and experts to further expand security and promote the development of the Kansai real estate industry.

Entry and exit are free, so participation is possible from your preferred time. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible.
