The 'Naniwa Pork Croque Monsieur' features 'Naniwa Pork'—a local Osaka ingredient marinated for a full day and confit with cracked black pepper, bay leaf, and garlic—sandwiched between bread with béchamel sauce, Red Cheddar cheese, and Gruyère cheese, then grilled to a fragrant golden crisp. The rich umami of the pork blends perfectly with the creamy, melting cheese for a luxurious taste.

The 'Teppan Yakionigiri' reflects Osaka's culinary culture, using a hot iron griddle to sear rice balls thoroughly infused with a savory soy-based tare sauce.
