This service partners with a local fish market to use fresh squid landed on the morning of the day it is served, offering it in a state that maximizes its natural sweetness and texture. By taking orders from guests at check-in, we ensure the preparation of high-quality squid landed that very morning.

In recent years, there has been a global increase in interest in "gastronomy tourism," where the food culture nurtured by the climate and history of a travel destination is the primary purpose of the trip.
