[May 13, 2026] Hilton Tokyo Odaiba (Daiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Hideki Nakazato) will hold a dessert buffet featuring melon and mango at its Japanese restaurant "Sakura" on weekends and public holidays only, starting from Sunday, May 24, 2026.

This project is the second installment of the dessert buffet, which was first held in March 2026 and received favorably.

It is being developed as a project where guests can casually enjoy seasonal sweets, taking advantage of the space of a Japanese restaurant. This time, we have prepared a menu featuring seasonal melon and mango as the main stars. Please enjoy a wide variety of sweets and savory items unique to a Japanese restaurant in an open space overlooking a beautiful fresh green Japanese garden and Tokyo Bay.

The buffet table will be lined with a menu of early summer colors and light flavors. A variety of sweets that bring out the sweetness of seasonal fruits are available, including melon and mango shortcakes, "Melon and Vanilla Charlotte" made with a biscuit base, and moistly baked "Soufflé Cheesecake with Melon." The "Mango and Ginger Jelly" is a dish with a subtle spiciness of ginger. The "Cream Soda Style Jelly" has a cool and refreshing appearance.

A feature of this buffet is the savory items that can be enjoyed between sweets. We have prepared a menu that incorporates ingredients unique to Japanese cuisine, such as a dish of "Cha-soba" noodles coated in olive oil, topped with soba dashi jelly and grapefruit, and an "Edamame Mousse" finished refreshingly with mint jelly and lemon peel. The "Sea Bream Soup," which concentrates the umami, will be an accent that enhances the sweetness.

Please spend an elegant tea time while gazing at the fresh green Japanese garden.
