【Oriental Hotel Hiroshima】~20th Anniversary Project Part 4~ Summer Night View x Spice Cuisine "Hiroshima Sky Beer Hall 2026" Held

Oriental Hotel Hiroshima (Location: 6-10 Tanakamachi, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture; General Manager: Yuji Ueno) will present the summer-limited event "Hiroshima Beer Hall 2026" in two parts.

The first period, from Wednesday, May 13, to Thursday, July 9, will feature "Hiroshima Setouchi Beer Hall 2026" at the 1st-floor Restaurant & Bar "New York Cafe," incorporating ingredients from Hiroshima and the Setouchi region. Following this, from Friday, July 10, to Wednesday, September 30, the indoor beer hall "Hiroshima Sky Beer Hall 2026" will be held at the 23rd-floor banquet hall "Moon Glow," where guests can enjoy the night view.

At the latter "Hiroshima Sky Beer Hall 2026," you can enjoy a refreshing summer evening with summer-like dishes featuring spices and herbs, along with a variety of drinks, from prime indoor seats offering a panoramic view of the Hiroshima city nightscape.

The cuisine features a lineup of Asian-inspired dishes incorporating spices and herbs. The light yet rich flavors will stimulate your summer appetite.

In addition to "Shrimp Fresh Spring Rolls with Chili Sauce," "Roasted Young Chicken with Black Pepper Aroma" which stimulates appetite with the scent of black pepper, and hearty "Bone-in Pork with Cheese Sauce," there are over 15 types of dishes carefully selected for their compatibility with beer, such as "Mussels Tom Yum Kung with Noodles" and "Spicy Miso Stewed Beef." Among them, the highlight menu item, "BIG! Chef's Special Gapao Rice ORIENTAL," is a highly satisfying dish with spicy meat topped with a melting fried egg.

For dessert, a "My Parfait" corner is available where you can customize soft-serve ice cream with toppings like chocolate, wafers, sprinkle sugar, and fruits.
