Based on the concept 'Freedom in Eating,' this fair is an interactive buffet experience that caters to individual preferences and daily moods.

Meat x Oil x Cheese x Garlic. It proposes a dining experience where guests follow their instincts rather than logic to choose their own version of 'delicious.' Instead of standardized flavors, the fair emphasizes personal satisfaction.

The meat menu allows guests to adjust the richness of flavors as they please with 'extra cheese,' 'extra garlic butter,' and 'extra garlic.' For dessert, shaved ice and various toppings are available, allowing guests to create anything from rich to refreshing treats depending on the combination. The quantity and intensity of flavor are entirely up to the guest's mood.

The buffet style makes it easy to enjoy rich dishes that one might usually avoid in small portions. Guests can find their own comfortable 'balance of sinfulness' while experiencing the layers of ingredients and the spread of aromas.
