【March 30, 2026】Hilton Narita (Narita City, Chiba Prefecture, General Manager Hisao Shinozuka) will host the "VIVA★Western Buffet★Melon and Mango Sweets Fair" at its "Terrace Restaurant" from Wednesday, April 29, 2026, to Tuesday, June 30, 2026, featuring nostalgic Western dishes and ripe melon and mango sweets.

The theme of this fair is "Western Cuisine for Adults," which combines the Western dishes we enjoyed in our childhood with a modern sensibility. We will offer a buffet-style experience with flavors that are both nostalgic and new.

For the dinner buffet, we have prepared limited-time menus that change throughout the period. From April 29 to May 6, as a Golden Week special, we will offer "All-You-Can-Eat Snow Crab." Starting May 7, we will introduce "Jumbo Fried Shrimp," a classic Western dish prepared in a bold size. Please enjoy this impressive dish, so large it overflows the plate, with our homemade aurora sauce.

At the live kitchen, "Kyushu-produced Kuroge Wagyu Roast Beef" will be carved right before your eyes. You can enjoy the delicate umami of Wagyu beef with your preferred sauce and condiments. We also have dishes that offer familiar tastes in a different form, such as "Corn Potage Brûlée," a chilled corn potage transformed into a brûlée, and "Classic Potato Salad Espuma Style," prepared with a light texture. "Mushroom Soup Steamed Pudding Style Cappuccino Finish," with a rich mushroom soup and delicate foam, "Chicken Nanban" using 11 kinds of spices, and "Pork Fillet, Nut, and Mushroom Terrine," finished to a moist texture, highlight the appeal of the ingredients. "Tuna Salad Murcia Style" is finished with a blend of acidity and herbal aroma, based on a recipe from the Murcia region of Spain.

For dessert, a selection of sweets featuring seasonal melons and mangoes will be available. Enjoy refreshing "Melon Rare Cheesecake," "Melon Bavarian Cream" with a three-layer structure of crumble and whipped cream, and "Purin à la Mode" with melon topping on pudding. Additionally, "Mango French Toast" made with plenty of Hokkaido milk and "Mango Meringue Pie" will adorn the buffet table.

Furthermore, we offer a "Special All-You-Can-Eat Plan of Ibaraki Prefecture Hokota-produced Melons" as an option available at all times. You can savor ripe melons from the Asahi district of Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture, which boasts the largest melon production in Japan, to your heart's content with ice cream and various toppings.
