■背景
公社團地中，距離最近車站較遠的物件，持續面臨著提升居住者移動便利性、處理場內自行車違停問題、以及優化停車環境等課題。
另一方面，OpenStreet股份有限公司透過營運「HELLO CYCLING」服務，DOCOMO BIKE SHARE股份有限公司則透過「baybike」及「Kawasaki Bike Share」等服務，為提升地區的移動性、降低環境負荷、以及建構永續發展的城鎮做出貢獻。
公社於2023年度在Flor Yokohama Mitsuzawa（橫濱市神奈川區）的場內設置了由OpenStreet股份有限公司營運的站點，獲得居住者及鄰近居民的良好迴響。基於此背景，我們期望透過活用各公司的服務網絡及專業知識，建構更便利的共享單車環境。

公社、OpenStreet股份有限公司、DOCOMO BIKE SHARE股份有限公司這三方，預計於2025年度內在公社所擁有的團地內推進站點設置，擴增至16個新團地。並自2026年4月起陸續開始營運，以提升居住者及地區居民的移動便利性與區域連結性，同時致力於降低環境負荷。
