OpenStreet Concludes Agreement with Kita, Konohana, and Suminoe Wards of Osaka City to Install HELLO CYCLING Ports on Public Land

OpenStreet Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Tomoteru Kudo; hereinafter "OpenStreet") announced that it has concluded an agreement with Kita Ward, Konohana Ward, and Suminoe Ward of Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, for the "Collaborative Project for Verifying Shared Use of Ports on Public Land for Shared Cycles, etc. (hereinafter, "this Agreement")" and has commenced verification of shared port use utilizing the shared cycle service "HELLO CYCLING" from April 2026.

This Agreement is being implemented with the aim of OpenStreet and Kita Ward, Konohana Ward, and Suminoe Ward of Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, verifying the effectiveness and ideal form of shared port use on public land, where further improvement in mobility convenience and widespread use by citizens, etc., through shared cycles, etc., is expected, and creating a safer and more comfortable usage environment. Furthermore, by implementing this project in collaboration with Kita Ward, Konohana Ward, and Suminoe Ward of Osaka City, the aim is to achieve effective and efficient implementation and create a safe and comfortable usage environment.
