OpenStreet Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Tomoaki Kudo; hereinafter 'OpenStreet') announces that it has concluded an 'Agreement on Shared Bicycle Business Demonstration Experiment' (hereinafter 'this Agreement') with Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture (Mayor: Rintaro Mori) and Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture (Mayor: Kenjiro Koshida), and has commenced a demonstration experiment utilizing 'HELLO CYCLING,' one of Japan's largest shared bicycle services, from April 2026.

OpenStreet, Takarazuka City, and Kawanishi City have started this demonstration experiment with the aim of verifying the effectiveness of shared bicycles as a means of transportation that contributes to regional revitalization, tourism promotion, public transport utilization promotion, and functional complementation. This initiative considers the possibility of a new, environmentally friendly mode of transport that citizens can easily use. Stations have been installed at public facilities, including city halls, and will be expanded sequentially. 'HELLO CYCLING' stations are also installed in neighboring municipalities, allowing travel to other municipalities.
