OpenStreet Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Tomoaki Kudo; hereinafter "OpenStreet") participated in the "Blue Line Clear Campaign" (hereinafter "the Campaign") hosted by the Yotsuya Police Station of the Metropolitan Police Department on Sunday, March 22, 2026.
The Campaign was held jointly with the Yotsuya Police Station, the Metropolitan Police Department's Parking Task Force, and the Traffic General Affairs Division at the Akasaka Palace and Shinjuku-dori in Minato-ku, Tokyo. It aimed to secure bicycle traffic space ahead of the implementation of the traffic violation notification system for bicycles starting April 1, 2026. In addition to OpenStreet, share cycle service providers such as Sinanen Mobility Plus Co., Ltd., DOCOMO BIKESHARE, INC., and Luup, Inc. also participated.
Following a ceremony and departure event at the Akasaka Palace starting at 2:00 PM, participants distributed educational materials and performed a model demonstration ride on Shinjuku-dori to help realize a road environment where everyone can travel comfortably without illegal parking.
OpenStreet will continue to conduct awareness activities aimed at expanding knowledge of traffic rules and the safe and secure use of bicycles.
