Popular aquarium seating expanded to 54 seats. Lunch, enjoyed by approximately 60,000 people annually, now features an all-you-can-eat option with 20 types of bread and oven-baked pizza.

"Aquarium Italian Shinsaibashi Lime" (Chuo-ku, Osaka), operated by Operation Factory Co., Ltd., will reopen on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, following interior renovations.

This renovation will expand Shinsaibashi Lime's signature aquarium seating from 45 to 54 seats. Furthermore, to enhance the popular lunch service, which is utilized by approximately 60,000 customers annually, a new buffet area has been established, introducing a lunch buffet where guests can enjoy 20 varieties of homemade bread and 3 types of homemade oven-baked pizza.

During the day, it will serve as a lunch spot offering freshly baked pizza and bread, and at night, it will transform into a fantastical aquarium restaurant to celebrate special occasions, providing an even more extraordinary experience than before.

1. All-You-Can-Eat Homemade Bread

Enjoy an all-you-can-eat selection of over 20 types of homemade bread daily. The variety is extensive, ranging from classic croissants, salt bread, and savory breads like curry bread, to popular fresh donuts (bomboloni) generously filled with special cream after being freshly fried, as well as homemade cannelés and focaccia for dessert. The breads are rotated regularly, offering a different delightful experience with each visit and at different times of the day.

2. All-You-Can-Eat Homemade Oven-Baked Pizza

For the dough, we use "Nuvola" flour from Italy's Caputo company. By incorporating ample moisture and air, the crust is finished with a fragrant crispness on the outside and a light, fluffy texture on the inside. The edges (cornicione), in particular, are characterized by their cloud-like lightness and chewy texture.

In the lunch buffet, we offer an all-you-can-eat selection of 3 types of freshly baked homemade oven-baked pizzas, including the classic Margherita and a white pizza made with a rich béchamel sauce.
