A bistro restaurant offering panoramic views of the town of Ikeda bathed in the evening glow, with a terrace seamlessly connected to the rich nature of Mt. Satsuki, will open in Mt. Satsuki Park, Ikeda City, Osaka. This prime location on a hill, with a total of 133 seats, will feature charcoal-grilled domestic beef and seasonal vegetables, as well as handmade bread baked in a 500°C stone oven.

Operation Factory Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; Representative Director: Akihiro Kasajima), which operates establishments such as "PARK CAFÉ Senri Bird Tree" and "Steak & Bistro Senri-Chuo SEN℃," will grand open its new brand, "Mt. Satsuki Safari Bistro," within Mt. Satsuki Park in Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture, on April 25, 2026 (Saturday).

The word "Safari" in the restaurant's name originally means "a short trip." Our aim was not a grand journey far away, but a "short trip on a hill" that offers a brief escape from everyday life.
