Operation Factory Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Osaka; Representative Director: Akihiro Kasajima), which operates establishments such as "PARK CAFÉ Senri Bird Tree" and "Steak & Bistro Senri-Chuo SEN℃," will grand open its new brand, "Mt. Satsuki Safari Bistro," within Mt. Satsuki Park in Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture, on April 25, 2026 (Saturday).

The Meaning Behind the Name: Safari = A Short Trip

The word "Safari" in the restaurant's name originally means "a short trip." Our aim was not a grand journey far away, but a "short trip on a hill" that offers a brief escape from everyday life.

Leveraging the location surrounded by the nature of Mt. Satsuki, we have created a place that shifts your mood just by visiting. "Bistro" symbolizes a place where you can enjoy authentic cuisine without pretense, delivering a small, extraordinary experience that can be savored just 15 minutes from the city, through nature and food.

Outdoor Living Integrated with the Nature of Mt. Satsuki

【Nature-Coexisting Architecture Preserving Existing Trees】

The "Restaurant on the Hill" is designed to preserve the existing trees on the Mt. Satsuki hill as much as possible, harmonizing with the natural terrain. The open space, resembling an outdoor living area brought into the forest, features large windows that seamlessly connect the magnificent view of the Osaka Plain with the green of the trees, creating an extraordinary outdoor living experience.
