One Suite LLC (Headquarters: Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture / Representative Member: Shiro Kaizuka) operates the small luxury hotel 'One Suite THE GRAND (One Suite The Grand: Kouri, Nago City)' on Kouri Island in northern Okinawa, and launched its official membership program in April 2024.
Since the launch, the direct booking ratio has steadily increased, reaching 52.3% in the 2026 fiscal year (as of June 6, 2026). Concurrently, the official reservation ratio has also risen to 36.0%, indicating progress in building ongoing relationships with guests.

### Direct booking ratio increased from 15.2% to 52.3%
In addition to official website bookings, One Suite also accepts direct reservations via phone and email.
Here, 'direct booking' refers to reservations received directly by the hotel through the official website, phone, or email, without going through OTAs (online travel agencies).
As a result, the proportion of direct bookings in total reservations has steadily increased and now exceeds half of all bookings as of the 2026 fiscal year (as of June 6, 2026).

### Official website reservation ratio increased from 7.7% to 36.0%
The official website reservation ratio in the 2023 fiscal year, prior to the membership program launch, was 7.7%.
Following the introduction and penetration of the membership program, official website usage has continuously increased:
- 2024 fiscal year: 19.8% - 2025 fiscal year: 26.4% - 2026 fiscal year: 36.0% (as of June 6, 2026)

Enhancing Guest Experience Through the Official Membership Program
One Suite THE GRAND operates an official membership program to provide richer travel experiences from pre-stay to post-stay.
Members receive 3,000 points upon registration, as well as benefits such as early check-in, late check-out, and exclusive member coupons.
Additionally, a tiered membership ranking system based on annual spending has been introduced. Silver members and above receive exclusive accommodation plans and spa discounts. Gold and Platinum members enjoy point rewards based on their stay costs, as well as exclusive benefits such as rental bicycles and special gifts.
Furthermore, Platinum members are offered a sommelier-recommended wine pairing experience during dinner at the restaurant, allowing them to enjoy a unique dining experience exclusive to One Suite.
The official website also allows advance reservations up to 12 months in advance, supporting more planned and comfortable travel.
Membership Registration Reaches 6,320 Members
The number of members registered in the official membership program reached 6,320 as of the end of the 2025 fiscal year.
With the tiered membership system based on annual spending, there are currently 232 Platinum members, the highest membership tier.
The program is being used not merely as a booking platform, but as a community for building ongoing relationships with guests.
