The event, organized by One Suite LLC (Headquarters: Nakijin Village, Okinawa), took place at the "One Suite THE GRAND" hotel on Kouri Island. The "One Suite Gourmet Journey Vol. 26" was a two-day collaborative dinner on March 29 and 30, 2026, with two sittings (5:00 PM and 8:00 PM). It brought together three highly acclaimed sushi chefs: Takashi Saito from "Sushi Saito" (Roppongi), Yuichi Arai from "Sushi Arai" (Ginza), and Ryujiro Nakamura from "Sushi Ryujiro" (Minami Aoyama). This marked the first time these three master chefs collaborated, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience their distinct Edo-mae sushi styles. Due to overwhelming demand, the event was held in a special dining layout beyond the usual 8-seat chef's counter. Ingredients included fresh fish from Tokyo's Toyosu Market, tuna from "Yamayuki," and Okinawan kuruma-ebi. The menu featured various appetizers and nigiri sushi, with each chef presenting their unique preparations. "Sushi Saito" has held three Michelin stars for 10 consecutive years (now member-only), "Sushi Arai" earned one Michelin star in 2020, and "Sushi Ryujiro" earned one Michelin star in 2023.
