"Ice-Free Ice Bath" to be Exhibited at West Japan Manufacturing Technology Innovators 2026

ONE STEP INC. (Headquarters: Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture) will exhibit at the "West Japan Manufacturing Technology Innovators 2026" held at Kitakyushu Messe from July 8 (Wed) to July 10 (Fri), 2026. This will be our first joint exhibition as a participating company in "Disaster Prevention Action + Alpha," which aims to realize a safe society while enriching daily life.

At this exhibition, we will showcase our "Portable Ice Bath That Doesn't Require Ice," which has a proven track record of adoption by professional soccer teams, to improve working environments and prevent heatstroke during increasingly severe heatwaves.

Background of Exhibition

In recent years, extreme heat due to climate change has become a serious issue for occupational safety and health in construction sites and manufacturing industries. While our company has supported disaster prevention equipment through products utilizing our unique air technology, we also recognize that ensuring safety in daily working environments is an important part of modern "disaster prevention."

This time, we will exhibit as a member of "Disaster Prevention Action + Alpha," a network of companies and organizations promoting the concept of "Disaster Prevention Without Preparation" (Phase Free). We will propose solutions that naturally ensure safety as an extension of daily life, rather than making special preparations for emergencies.

At this exhibition, we will showcase the "Portable Ice Bath That Doesn't Require Ice," which combines mobility with reliable cooling performance. Overwhelming Cooling Performance and Significant Reduction in Operating Costs

Using a dedicated cooling unit, the water is circulated to lower the water temperature to a minimum of 5 degrees Celsius. It achieves rapid cooling, lowering the water temperature by 16°C in just 3 hours, completely eliminating the time and cost associated with "procuring, storing, and disposing of large amounts of ice," which has been a challenge with conventional ice baths.

Excellent Mobility and Space-Saving Design

Its portable design allows for easy transportation in vehicles such as light vans. It can instantly create a high-quality recovery environment at any location where it's needed, such as outdoor construction sites, temporary event venues, or corners of factory floors.
