This ranking is compiled based on the "favorite count" on company pages by users of the job hunting support service "One Career" and is published in a ranking format. Since its launch in 2016, it has garnered significant attention from many companies, media outlets, and students as an indicator that clearly reflects the latest job hunting trends and student values.

To date, we have released rankings targeting job hunting students graduating in the year following the announcement, including "University of Tokyo/Kyoto University Edition," "By Area Edition," "By Industry Edition," and "Humanities/Science Edition," providing multifaceted information that serves as a reference for career selection and job hunting trends.
