This ranking is compiled based on the "favorite count" by users of the job hunting support service "ONE CAREER" on company pages and is published in a ranking format. Since its launch in 2016, it has attracted significant attention from many companies, media outlets, and students as an indicator that clearly reflects the latest job hunting trends and student values.
