One World Link Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, Representative Director: Minami Omatsuzawa) has completed the relocation of its headquarters from Tokyo to Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, and with the support of Shimane Prefecture and Izumo City, will strengthen the development system of its AI-powered English IR support system "OWLBASE (Owl Base)".

On June 11, 2026, One World Link Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding regarding its location with Shimane Prefecture and Izumo City. Governor Tatsuya Maruyama of Shimane Prefecture, Mayor Toshiyuki Iizuka of Izumo City, and our Representative Director Minami Omatsuzawa attended the signing ceremony and confirmed initiatives for future business expansion and local employment creation.

Our company has been engaged in the business of supporting English IR and corporate communications for listed companies. In September 2025, we officially released the English IR support system "OWLBASE," and have been continuously enhancing its functions and upgrading it based on customer requests and on-site challenges. In February 2026, we began offering disclosure template sentences and translation memory functions to support the standardization of English disclosure.

This headquarters relocation and expansion of our development base in Shimane Prefecture are important initiatives to evolve OWLBASE to the next stage.

In recent years, with the rapid advancement of generative AI, English translation itself is becoming increasingly automated. However, for listed companies' English disclosure, challenges that AI alone cannot solve exist, such as managing company-specific terminology, ensuring consistency with past disclosures, appropriateness of expressions for overseas investors, and consideration of disclosure risks.

OWLBASE is not just a translation tool.

We are developing it as an IR English quality management platform for the AI era, which supports "whether this English can be disclosed to overseas investors with peace of mind" by utilizing company-specific terminology assets, past disclosure data, translation memories, and review history.

OWLBASE already provides customer-specific terminology databases and consistency checks with past disclosures, supporting the creation of consistent English by utilizing each company's English disclosure assets. We are also implementing preprocessing functions for formats such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PDF, and are working to create an environment that reduces the impact of differences in document formats on translation and review quality.

In the future, we will not only focus on improving the efficiency of English creation itself but also on strengthening quality management and governance functions to ensure companies can disclose in English with confidence. We will also work to expand functions that support the quality evaluation, review, and quality assurance of AI translations.

By integrating the knowledge accumulated over 15 years in IR English support with AI technology, One World Link aims to build a new foundation that supports the global communication of Japanese companies.

Furthermore, through this headquarters relocation and strengthening of our development system, we will also work on creating employment and fostering advanced IT talent within Shimane Prefecture, thereby contributing to the development of the local community.

From this land of Izumo, we will challenge ourselves to create new value that supports the global communication of Japanese companies.

The COVID-19 pandemic prompted us to explore new ways of working that are not tied to a specific location. As a company supporting the English disclosure of listed companies, we strongly recognized the importance of a business continuity system that can respond to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, in order to stably support our clients' critical disclosure operations. Amidst this, we encountered Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, while considering various locations nationwide for workations and satellite offices.

We were attracted by the comprehensive corporate support, the regional culture that values human connections, and the atmosphere that encourages new challenges. We are also deeply grateful to the local community and administrative bodies who warmly welcomed us from Tokyo.

It is precisely because of these connections and support that we are convinced that Shimane is not just a regional base, but a crucial hub for creating the future of OWLBASE, and we have decided to relocate our headquarters.

Since its founding, One World Link has been involved in supporting the English IR of listed companies for over 15 years. However, with the rapid evolution of generative AI, we believe that English translation itself will become increasingly automated. On the other hand, what is important in the English disclosure of listed companies is not simply translating into English. "Quality management" is becoming more crucial than ever, including whether company-specific terms and expressions are properly managed, whether consistency with past disclosures is maintained, whether the content is conveyed without misunderstanding to overseas investors, and whether it includes disclosure risks.

We are confident that as the hurdle for English creation is lowered by AI, the demand for systems that verify its quality and support companies in disclosing with confidence will increase.

Therefore, One World Link will evolve from a translation company to an AI-era IR English quality management company.
