Announcement of Capital Participation in BC League's Saitama Musashi Heat Bears by Racro Inc.

We are pleased to announce that Racro Inc. (Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture, President and CEO Fumihiro Nagashima, hereinafter "Racro") has made a capital investment in Saitama Musashi Heat Bears Inc. (Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture, President and CEO Kota Kado, hereinafter "Heat Bears"), the BC League baseball team operated by ONDO Holdings Inc.'s group company.

Racro is a company that contributes to local communities through the preservation and utilization of cultural assets, primarily focusing on the business of excavating and investigating buried cultural properties.
