◆Purpose

With the revision of the Corporate Governance Code, it is becoming an increasingly important issue for listed companies to accurately understand the purpose and key points of the revision, how to reflect them in their own governance systems, and to identify what kind of knowledge and perspectives external directors should be appointed and utilized.

Therefore, in this seminar, we will invite Mr. Naotaka Ikeda from the Tokyo Stock Exchange to explain the background, objectives, and key points of this revision.

Furthermore, based on the results of surveys for companies and investors, we will organize the current status and challenges of "management conscious of capital costs and stock prices," and introduce practical hints with specific examples. We will then delve into these topics from multiple perspectives through a discussion involving our company's Ms. Koshi and Ms. Matsuzawa.
