We exhibited for the first time at "NRF 2026 Retail's Big Show ASIA PACIFIC," held from June 2nd (Tue) to 4th (Thu), 2026, at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore. This exhibition is a venue where high interest in retail DX is shown, with many Japanese companies also participating. Our company exhibited our unique "Store Operations Solution" and received significant feedback and results that will lead to future development from a diverse range of domestic and international companies.

Universal "On-Site Challenges"

Through market research and interviews conducted locally, we gained insight into the global reality of shift management operations.

- Approximately 70% of companies utilize some form of system or tool. - On the other hand, about 30% of companies still manage shifts using Excel.

Even in overseas markets where HR platforms integrating personnel, attendance, and payroll are mainstream, the challenges related to on-site shift management exist similarly to Japanese companies, confirming a definite need for shift management specialization.

A Unique Proposal as a "Store Operations Solution"

At this exhibition, we adopted an approach of a joint exhibition simulating actual store operations, rather than just a product introduction.

We showcased our shift management system "R-Shift," CyberLinkx Inc.'s sales floor analysis solution "棚POWER," and Retail Pro's POS system "Retail Pro Prism" in an integrated manner, presenting it as a store operations solution that utilizes "Shift x Sales Floor x POS" data holistically.

By linking shift planning, sales floor creation, and POS data, we introduced an operational image that supports optimization of staffing and efficiency of store operations, proposing it to visitors as a new approach that achieves overall store productivity improvement through data integration, not just individual functions.

Intuitive Value Transmitted Across Borders

This unique approach was evaluated by visitors and attending staff as "exhibition content not commonly seen elsewhere" and was perceived as a clear differentiator. This time, we had contact with visitors from 7 countries including Singapore. Among them, when demonstrating the "daily shift automatic creation/adjustment function" to representatives from a luxury supermarket in Malaysia and a major European supermarket, they repeatedly praised the features centered on work schedules, such as the intuitive operability and the mechanism to prevent shift creation errors, with comments like "So cool."

Additionally, Japanese retail chains operating in multiple countries participated in this exhibition, showing similar high interest. The reactions from visitors this time indicate the potential for R-Shift's store management concept to be directly applied to overseas stores.

It was a significant achievement that demonstrated the intuitive value of our functions across languages and borders.

Comment from Ito (Exhibition Team Member)

I was able to directly experience that shift management systems are in demand not only in Japan but also globally. Seeing the actual demos, some overseas companies were moved, which was very stimulating, and it was an opportunity to gain a solid sense that our product can lead to future global expansion.

Comment from Asakawa (Exhibition Team Member)

We have always aimed for an intuitive work schedule creation experience, and gaining high interest in a place with different languages and cultures has given us great confidence. While pursuing overseas expansion, we also want to dedicate ourselves to refining the core product.

Future Outlook: Evolution into Workforce Management

Through this first exhibition, we keenly felt that the need for shift management is universal worldwide. We have also gained new perspectives on improving product capabilities to global standards, such as multilingual support and adaptation to diverse labor rules (medical leave, etc.).

Moving forward, we plan to consider promoting value as "Workforce Management" integrated with attendance systems, rather than being confined to the framework of a "shift management product," and will support problem-solving and efficiency improvements for all retailers, both domestically and internationally.
