In January 2019, the first "Yakiniku Sudaku" restaurant opened in front of JR Moriyama Station in Shiga Prefecture. Starting as a community-based yakiniku restaurant, it has now grown into Shiga Prefecture's largest local yakiniku chain, with 48 stores nationwide (including franchises) and 6 stores overseas (Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Shanghai China, and Mongolia).
