Notice Regarding Change in Shareholder Structure and Acquisition of Management Rights by the Representative Director and President of OM Digital Solutions Corporation

OM Digital Solutions Corporation (Headquarters: 49-3 Takakura-machi, Hachioji-shi, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Shigemi Sugimoto; hereinafter "the Company") announces that its shareholder structure has changed, and Representative Director, President and CEO Shigemi Sugimoto has become the largest shareholder responsible for the management of the Company.

Purpose of the Change in Shareholder Structure Through this change in shareholder structure, the Company will transition to a framework where the current management holds management rights under their own responsibility. This establishes a management foundation capable of faster and more flexible decision-making, and further strengthens the promotion of technological development investments and business growth strategies from a medium-to-long-term perspective. Please note that this change will not affect the Company's corporate status, trade name, location, representative, business content, or basic transaction terms with business partners and customers. Building on the results of our business operations to date, we aim to achieve further business growth and enhance the value we provide.
