Olympus Marketing Certified as 'Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026' for 7 Consecutive Years and 'Sports Yell Company 2026' for 6 Consecutive Years

Olympus Marketing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Olympus Marketing') has been certified as a 'Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2026' for the 7th consecutive year by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. Additionally, we are pleased to announce that we have been certified as a 'Sports Yell Company 2026' by the Japan Sports Agency for the 6th consecutive year.

The Olympus Group states in its Global Code of Conduct: 'We prioritize a safe and hygienic work environment, take preventive measures to avoid workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and strive to create a comfortable working environment while promoting health and wellness.'

To promote this, we established the 'Olympus Marketing Health Declaration' to support the health maintenance and improvement of our employees and their families. Key initiatives include promoting anti-smoking measures, providing guidance on lifestyle improvements, offering subsidies for cancer screenings for early detection, and preventing mental health issues.

Unique Initiatives for Health Management:
We focus on cancer screenings using endoscopes for early detection. Most screening costs are fully covered by the health insurance association for both employees and their dependents. We also utilize an e-learning system to educate employees on cancer awareness and a 'Call-Recall' system to automatically encourage screenings based on past data.
