In 2014, he became the Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport, significantly contributing to improving satisfaction for both customers and employees. From 2018, he oversaw the food and beverage department at Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, which has a wide variety of dining facilities, and was involved in hotel operations while adapting to changes in the business environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. At Hotel Nikko Osaka, where he was assigned in 2024, he served as Food and Beverage Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager, and Deputy General Manager, handling overall hotel management.
