'Tropical Fruits Afternoon Tea Set ~Mango, Pineapple, Banana~' This afternoon tea set is abundantly prepared using tropical fruits such as mango, pineapple, and banana, with yellow as the theme, reminiscent of the bright summer sun. Responding to customer requests, we are resuming the limited-time summer afternoon tea set, which had been suspended since 2022, for the first time in five years. With yellow as the theme, we have finished it in a summery style, utilizing the refreshing sweetness of tropical fruits centered around mango, pineapple, and banana. The upper and middle tiers feature sweets such as 'Mango Shortcake,' 'Mont Blanc' made with vanilla mousse filled with mango pulp and layered with mango, passion fruit, and banana puree, and the glass dessert 'Pineapple Coupe' inspired by the cocktail 'Pina Colada,' offering a refreshing sweetness and rich aroma. The lower tier includes four types of savory items, such as 'Smoked Salmon and Mango Open Sandwich' and 'Mango and Shrimp Salad.'
