Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Tadayasu Tsukada) will offer a "Melting Peach Reward Parfait" lavishly using fresh seasonal peaches at "The Lobby Cafe," where pleasant light streams into the atrium lobby floor, from July 1 (Wed) to August 31 (Mon), 2026.

For July and August, we have prepared the "Melting Peach Reward Parfait" featuring juicy peaches that are in season in summer.

In the lower layer of the glass, smooth white peach panna cotta is layered with sweet and sour red peach sauce and refreshing peach jelly, expressing the elegant sweetness and juiciness of peaches. The middle layer combines peach sorbet, compote, and custard cream, allowing you to enjoy a cool summer texture and rich peach flavor. Furthermore, the light texture of sable and pearl crackling, along with the moderate acidity of raspberries, add accents, creating a variation of flavors until the last bite.

The top is decorated with pale pink Chantilly cream, chocolate, and fresh green chervil, resulting in an elegant dish with a beautiful gradient of peach colors.
