From left: 'Matcha Almond Latte,' 'Iced Coconut Green Tea,' 'Matcha Parfait' Vibrant matcha sweets and matcha drinks, perfect for the fresh greenery of Midosuji in early summer, will make their appearance. The 'Matcha Parfait' is made by layering rich iced green tea, brown sugar jelly, matcha ice cream, fromage blanc ice cream, white chocolate filling, and topped with sweetened beans, monaka (wafer cakes), and apricots. It is a rich and flavorful dish where the subtle bitterness of matcha harmonizes with moderately sweet Japanese and Western sweets. Two types of matcha drinks are available. The cold 'Iced Coconut Green Tea' features a refreshing taste, combining matcha with coconut water and orange marmalade. The warm 'Matcha Almond Latte' is made with almond milk, offering a clean and crisp flavor.
