In addition to matcha, berry, tea (Earl Grey), and orange chocolate flavors, this year we have newly prepared 'salted butter'. We use Fleur de Sel from Camargue, France, a highest-quality natural sea salt, to create a flavor with a subtle hint of saltiness alongside the aroma of butter. Each financier is baked to a light crispy exterior and a moist interior, allowing you to enjoy different flavors.
