Hotel Nikko Narita to Host 'Iris Festival Support Fair Digital Stamp Rally' from April 25, Connecting Tourism and Food in Itako, Katori, and Sakura Cities

Hotel Nikko Narita (Location: Narita City, Chiba Prefecture; General Manager: Atsushi Yamada) will host the "Iris Festival Support Fair Digital Stamp Rally" from Saturday, April 25, 2026, to Tuesday, June 30, 2026. This event is part of a collaborative project based on a memorandum signed in August 2024 between the three cities affiliated with the National Municipal Iris Summit Liaison Council (Itako City in Ibaraki Prefecture, Katori City and Sakura City in Chiba Prefecture) and Hotel Nikko Narita. It will precede the "Iris Festival Support Fair" restaurant fair, which begins on Monday, June 1, 2026.

In this stamp rally, participants can earn up to 26 stamps by visiting tourist spots in the three cities or by using designated restaurants and eligible restaurants within Hotel Nikko Narita. Stamps can be acquired using a smartphone's GPS function or by scanning 2D barcodes installed at designated restaurants. Prizes, which can be applied for by collecting as few as three stamps, include local specialties from each city, facility tickets, Hotel Nikko Narita restaurant vouchers, and even royal suite accommodation tickets. A total of 22 types of prizes are available for 86 winners.

This marks the second consecutive year for this event, which aims to promote visits to the participating facilities and raise awareness during the peak iris season in May and June.

Itako City's "75th Suigo Itako Iris Festival" will be held from Friday, May 22, to Sunday, June 21, and Katori City's "2026 Suigo Sawara Iris Festival" will be held from Saturday, May 23, to Sunday, June 21. Furthermore, from Monday, June 1, to Tuesday, June 30, Hotel Nikko Narita's restaurants, Casual Resort Dining Serena, will offer a buffet centered on the flavors of Chiba and Ibaraki as part of the "Iris Festival Support Melon Fair," and Chinese Restaurant Toh-Lee will feature an "Iris Festival Support Shrimp Fair."
