The 'Awaji Island Barbecue' can be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace of our Fan Dining 'Coccolare', where you can feel the resort-like sea breeze and savor the rich culinary blessings of Awaji Island, known as 'Miketsukuni' (the land of royal provisions).
For the main course, we have prepared Awaji beef, known for its tender texture and rich flavor, as well as 'Ebisumochi Pork' and juicy Awaji chicken from the island. Grilling over charcoal enhances the aromatic flavor and brings out the umami of the ingredients.
