Orange wine is produced using a method where white wine grapes are fermented with their skins and seeds, much like red wine. It is characterized by the refreshing quality of white wine combined with the umami and light astringency derived from the skins. Based on the concept that 'the complex flavors are part of the umami,' we intentionally chose not to filter the wine before bottling, resulting in a natural taste that brings out the inherent personality and umami of the grapes.

This project, which began in 2017, shares the 'fun and joy of creating together,' and with each year adding new challenges, we have successfully commercialized our private wine for the eighth time.
