These items will be available for a limited time from May 1, 2026 (Fri) to June 30, 2026 (Tue).

At our hotel, 'The Bar & Lounge,' which offers a sweeping view of the Tokyo nightscape, provides 'adult desserts' that can be enjoyed after a meal or drinks. These are signature bar-style desserts, incorporating actual spirits used in our bar menu and served in cocktail or wine glasses.

The 'Early Summer Shime-Parfait with Two Types of Melon and Gin,' appearing in May and June, is a dish perfect for early summer, luxuriously using two types of melon: red-fleshed melon with a strong sweetness and rich aroma, and green-fleshed melon characterized by its refreshing sweetness and fragrance. We have combined the juicy melon with the mellow richness of coconut mousse and the acidity of lime for a light finish. Furthermore, by adding gin to the bottom layer of jelly, we have created a flavor profile that spreads a subtle bitterness and refreshing scent reminiscent of a cocktail.

During the same period, we will also offer the 'Early Summer Cocktail Selection,' featuring three cocktails that allow you to enjoy the flavors of seasonal fruits.
