Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama (Location: Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture; General Manager: Yuji Shimada) will host the 'Golden Week Lunch Buffet' at its all-day dining restaurant 'Le Jardin' from Saturday, May 2, 2026, to Tuesday, May 5 (public holiday), offering early summer gourmet dishes with aromatic ingredients.

The 'Golden Week Lunch Buffet,' held for a limited period of four days, offers approximately 65 types of dishes, primarily Western cuisine with the enticing aroma of herbs and spices, along with Japanese dishes and desserts utilizing early summer ingredients.

At the live cooking station, where dishes are prepared right in front of guests, three types of main dishes will be available. "Roast Beef" will be served with chimichurri sauce, accented by the refreshing coolness of cilantro and the crisp spiciness of jalapeños. Guests can also savor the chef's exquisite creations such as "Kisarazu Okasodachi Salmon and Asparagus with Japanese Herb Béarnaise Sauce," which enhances the delicate flavor of salmon with a Japanese herb béarnaise sauce, and "Matsusaka Pork Herb Grill with Grilled Polenta."

The buffet table will feature Western dishes infused with herbs and spices, such as "Sea Bream Cured with Kelp and Turnip Carpaccio with Grapefruit and Herb Dressing" and "Five-Spice Fried Chicken Breast with Sesame Flavor." Additionally, the Japanese food corner will offer "Fava Bean Puree" and "Bonito Nigiri Sushi," while the dessert corner will include a colorful lineup of seasonal items like "White Peach Shortcake" and "Melon Petit Tart."
