At "The Grill on 30th," we offer a "Prix Fixe Lunch" where you can enjoy a luxurious dessert buffet in addition to your choice of appetizer, soup, and main dish.
The "Early Summer Prix Fixe Lunch," offered from May 7 (Thursday), will feature a "Melon Dessert Buffet" where you can fully enjoy juicy fruits and rich aromas. In addition to a tasting comparison of four carefully selected melon varieties, we have also prepared refreshing desserts using seasonal fruits such as white peaches and citrus. At the chef's service, where desserts are finished right in front of your eyes, you can enjoy freshly made "Melon Tart Mont Blanc," which is made by piping diplomat cream and almond cream with a melting texture onto a tart base and layering it with melon-flavored Chantilly cream. Enjoy the lively presentation.
Seasonal ingredients are also incorporated into the dishes, with appetizers such as "Meatloaf Basil & Cheese," which enhances the umami with the aroma of basil and the richness of cheese, and main dishes such as "Grilled Hokkaido Greenling," which is elegantly grilled to bring out the natural flavor of the delicate and light-tasting greenling.
