Hotel Okura Kobe (Location: Chuo-ku, Kobe City; Representative Director, President & General Manager: Satoshi Ishigaki) will host the "Beer & Summer Dinner Buffet" at its buffet restaurant "Ariake" from Friday, June 26, 2026, to Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (public holiday). Reservations will begin on Thursday, May 7, 2026, and advance tickets will be sold from Thursday, May 7, 2026, to Tuesday, June 30, 2026. The Beer & Summer Dinner Buffet is a summer-exclusive event offering luxurious hotel gourmet experiences that will satisfy a wide range of guests, from children to adults. We will offer authentic dishes such as kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) and acqua pazza, which pair well with alcoholic beverages, as well as fresh seafood marinades, juicy grilled chicken, and Okura's traditional roast beef prepared at the live kitchen. Furthermore, this year, from June to August, a variety of famous dishes from Kyushu and Okinawa will be featured monthly, including juicy Miyazaki-style Chicken Nanban and slow-cooked Okinawan Rafute-style pork stew. In September, we will offer French-themed dishes such as rich lobster bisque and fragrant white fish steamed in white wine.
