This event will feature a buffet-style offering of 23 items in total, including vegetables, special deli items, and dressings, based on "BROOKS GREENLIT CAFE's" three popular salads: "White Miso Kale Caesar," "Fermented Thousand Island Colorful Power," and "THE GREENLIT." Customers can choose their favorite ingredients to create a dish tailored to their mood for the day. The price will be 831 yen (tax included), a special price related to "Salad Day" and "yasai" (vegetables), compared to the usual salad price of 1,540 yen (tax included). The event will be held in one-hour slots from 11:00 to 15:00.

July, as the transition from the humid heat of the rainy season to the full heat of summer, is also a season when appetite and daily rhythms can easily fluctuate.

"BROOKS GREENLIT CAFE," which offers satisfying menus that are 100% plant-based using vegetables, legumes, grains, and fermented ingredients, proposes a dining experience through this special event where customers can enjoy plenty of vegetables and spend the humid season feeling light. This is a special event limited to "Salad Day" where you can enjoy three of "BROOKS GREENLIT CAFE's" popular salad menus at once in a buffet style.

At the store, in addition to fresh vegetables such as kale, cilantro, and avocado, we also offer ingredients that allow you to enjoy the rich flavor of fermentation, such as "Bean KOMBUCHA Marinade" and "Sake Lees Cheese." Furthermore, by combining them with special dressings, you can enjoy salads as a satisfying dish rather than just a side dish.

The following three salads (regular price 1,540 yen each) will be offered at the special price of 831 yen (tax included). Instead of individual sales, they will be offered as a buffet where you can freely combine ingredients.

White Miso Kale Caesar Salad

A salad featuring kale as the star, with a "Knot Egg" made from tofu, white miso, and pumpkin, and about 7 types of vegetables, all enjoyed with a rich white miso Caesar dressing.

Fermented Thousand Island Colorful Power Salad

A plant-based arrangement of Cobb salad. A dish combining colorful vegetables with a thousand island dressing that offers a fermented umami flavor. "Bean KOMBUCHA Marinade" also serves as an accent.

The signature menu bearing the store's name. A rich "mixed Tantan salad" featuring carefully selected tofu and a black sesame meat miso with a hint of Sichuan pepper.
