Born in Seoul, Korea, in 1993. Entered the culinary world at age 14 and came to Japan at 22.
After learning the basics at a sushi restaurant in Osaka, he honed his skills at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Setouchi, Ehime.
After serving as head chef at "Sushi Shiro" in Osaka, he was appointed sous chef at "AWA SUSHI Awasushi" in 2024.
He has served as head chef since 2026. He values traditional Edo-mae sushi, striving for perfection in each piece.
