◆ Analysis of Infection Status and Medical Care Provision System [As of Monday, March 9, 2026] The number of reported COVID-19 cases per fixed point is 0.68, a slight decrease, but sporadic outbreaks are occurring in some areas. The situation is also calm nationwide.

Hospitalized patients due to COVID-19 continue to occur. Infection control measures appropriate to the situation and early diagnosis and treatment for high-risk patients are necessary.

Seasonal influenza is prevalent in Okayama Prefecture, but it has decreased slightly from the previous week (number of reports per fixed point is 25.04). Influenza B type is common.
