## About the Directly Managed Store "PORT"
The Sujiko used in this product is a product of our brand "PORT". "PORT" started as our mail-order department in 1988, and currently operates a directly managed store in Aomori City. We handle processed seafood products such as Aomori Salmon® as well as Sujiko.
Among them, "Ikizukuri Ichiyazuke" is characterized by its rich flavor, made by importing fresh salmon roe from farms in Denmark, pickling it in a seasoning liquid that utilizes the flavor of bonito flakes and kelp broth, and letting the flavor blend in thoroughly. Currently, it is also sold in vending machines at Aomori Airport and inside the Shinkansen ticket gates of JR Shin-Aomori Station, and is loved as a taste of Aomori by tourists and business visitors.
The Sujiko is processed at a factory in Aomori using eggs from Danish salmon trout as raw materials.
