Benjamin Steakhouse Kyoto (located in Kyoto City, Japan; operated by Oizumi Foods Co., Ltd.), a prestigious steakhouse originating from New York, will offer a collaborative burger called the 'Gion Festival Limited Burger' and two types of 'Sangria Smoothies' in-store for only two days—Wednesday, July 15, and Thursday, July 16, 2026—coinciding with the Gion Festival, one of Japan's three great festivals.

The Gion Festival is one of Japan’s most iconic traditional events, attracting numerous domestic and international tourists to Kyoto. With the aim of offering visitors a unique culinary experience that blends Benjamin Steakhouse’s signature offerings with the cherished flavors of Kyoto’s long-established bakeries, the restaurant has partnered with Shinsindo, a representative Kyoto bakery, to launch this special limited-time menu.

The collaboration menu features the 'Gion Festival Limited Burger,' combining a juicy, robustly flavorful patty made from Benjamin Steakhouse’s house-aged beef with Shinsindo’s signature burger buns—known for their rich wheat aroma and soft, moist texture—finished with Benjamin Steakhouse’s original steak sauce.

Additionally, as limited-time festival drinks, two types of 'Sangria Smoothies' will be offered: the vibrant 'Red Sangria Smoothie,' inspired by Kyoto’s summer scenery, made with red wine, berry blends, and açaí ice; and the refreshing 'White Sangria Smoothie (non-alcoholic),' crafted with grapefruit juice, passion fruit, and pineapple, enhanced with a fragrant touch of rosemary.

Through this two-day exclusive event, which unites Kyoto’s traditional culture with a New York-originated steakhouse brand, Benjamin Steakhouse Kyoto aims to provide not only local residents but also domestic and international tourists with a special opportunity to experience Kyoto’s culture through exceptional dining.
