"Benjamin Steakhouse" is an authentic, prestigious steakhouse founded in Manhattan in 2006 by Benjamin Prelvukaj and Benjamin Sinanaj, who gained experience at a long-established steakhouse in Brooklyn, New York, along with Chef Arturo McLeod, who honed his skills as a steak master there for about 20 years. "Benjamin Grill" was born in Japan as a brand where you can enjoy the cuisine and hospitality of a prestigious steakhouse more casually.

Against the backdrop of the bar culture rooted in New York steakhouses, Benjamin Grill values the entire dining experience, including drinks, along with the food. In this fair, we propose a new style of enjoying steak and wine cocktail pairings with a more liberal approach, adding a new perspective to traditional wine pairings. Through the expansion of flavors and changes in aftertaste, we aim to bring out the charm of steak from multiple angles.

This time, we have prepared three types of wine cocktails with unique arrangements based on wine. The lineup includes "Herbal Garden Spark," a refreshing blend of sparkling wine with plum wine and shiso, finished with herbs and ginger; "Peach Tea Spritz," a light spritz combining white wine with the elegant aromas of peach and Earl Grey; and "Spiced Orchard Red," a rich blend of red wine and amaretto, with a spicy finish of orange and black pepper. Each cocktail adds a light accent to the dish, provides a clean aftertaste, and enhances the umami of the steak, bringing various expressions to the dining experience.
