Addressing 'period poverty,' the university believes that providing access to sanitary products in restroom stalls will reduce psychological and economic burdens, contributing to a secure learning environment. With the support of the student council, the service launched on May 25, 2026.

OiTr is a service that allows users to receive sanitary napkins for free from dispensers in female restroom stalls. By registering an account on the dedicated app, users can receive one napkin every two hours, up to seven every 25 days. As of April 2026, the service is installed in 385 facilities nationwide, with a total of 4,241 units. The app also features cycle tracking and health management functions.
