Oiter Inc. Comment from Musashino Art University From April 2026, Musashino Art University has begun offering free menstrual products by installing "OiTr" in its women's restrooms. Within our campus environment, equipped with specialized facilities and equipment to support diverse creative activities, many female students engage daily in their production and research. This initiative began as a proposal from faculty and staff volunteers to support them and was realized through the generous cooperation of Oiter Inc. We will continue to strongly uphold our commitment to supporting each student and strive to create an environment where everyone can learn with peace of mind.

About "OiTr" OiTr is a service that allows users to receive menstrual pads for free from dispensers located inside women's single-stall restrooms. By downloading the dedicated app (free) and registering an account, users can receive one pad every 2 hours. Additionally, up to 7 pads can be received every 25 days, starting from the account registration date. As of March 2026, OiTr has been installed in 4,120 units across 367 facilities in 34 prefectures nationwide.

The app not only allows for pad pickup but also offers "period prediction" and "health management" functions. Users have provided feedback such as, "It's convenient to track my health while receiving pads," and "The predictions are accurate." Furthermore, through the media "Itsudemo OiTr," which aims to alleviate women's anxieties, we disseminate information on women's physical and mental concerns, menstruation, and health, supporting a society where one can make positive choices with confidence.
